Age Concern Fakenham Area Minibus Service have now taken delivery of their long awaited new Minibus awarded them under a £25 million transport fund by the Department for Transport. The Minibus is one of 300 awarded to local charities and community groups across England to provide a vital link to medical services, shops and events for elderly residents, people with learning and physical difficulties and those who do not have access to a commercial service.
