Age Concern Fakenham Area Minibuses may be hired out to any groups of over 55 year old people and their carers, who reside in an area of not more than 12 miles from Fakenham.
Drivers:
It is our policy to use our own drivers for this purpose and they are covered by our insurance. All drivers have received a folder of our current policies and are in agreement and act in accordance with them.
Charges:
For return trips of fewer than 20 miles a charge of £20 flat rate will be made.
For return trips over 20 miles a charge of £1 per mile (60p per kilometre) will be made.
Responsibility:
An organiser from the hiring group will accompany that group on the trip hired and be responsible for safe boarding and egressing of their group. They will also be responsible for the welfare of their group during the journey.
Copies of this hiring agreement will be given to each group organiser at the time of hiring and they are requested to sign in agreement below.
